Amsler Grid Eye Test

Instructions for Amsler Grid Eye Test:

First, print out this page on white paper. Wearing your glasses, cover one eye and focus on the dot in the middle of the grid for one minute. If any of the lines or squares are distorted or wavy, you may have macular degeneration in that eye. In healthy eyes all the lines are straight, and all the squares are the same size. Repeat the test for the other eye.
